“I’m sad to see him go,” said 1st Sgt. Stanley Edison, the unit’s senior enlisted leader. “He was an awesome commander here, and we will all miss him, but I know that he’s leaving the company in good hands.” Fortunately, the incoming commander of G Company is no stranger to the unit, having spent some time as an officer within the ranks. Dunn said he looks forward to taking over the unit and helping the Soldiers progress within their careers. “To all current and future Soldiers coming into the unit, this is a great place to be, just be ready to work hard and get things done,” said Dunn. “I’ve been here a long time. This is a great unit to be in and I look forward to being the senior mentor to Soldiers within my unit.”]]>
